Cake pops are both fun and easy to make, they taste good too. I went to Lake-lands to buy all the things that i needed in order to make the cake pops. Lake-lands is a little bit expensive, but affordable. The equipment is made to last a long time, so i guess when you think of it, the money that you spend is worth it.

What i brought from Lake lands
Cake pop stand = £3.99 (not recommended)
Silicone cake pop mould = £9.99
Cake pop sticks = £1.99
Candy melts= £2.99 each
Sprinkles= £1- £3 depending on which ones you get
This is all the equipment that is essential to making great cake pops. Making the actual cake for the cake pops depends on you! You could make any kinds of cakes ranging from a sticky chocolate cake to a healthy fruit cake. The choices are endless.
This was my first time making cake pops, they might not be perfect but i gave it a go, this is how they turned out:
